Attorney Profile
After a 15-year career in carpentry, Pat decided to go back to school. He attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham on a full scholarship and earned his law degree in 1996.
Since then, he has practiced primarily in the Circuit Courts of of the State of Alabama as well as the Federal District Courts of Alabama, handling a broad range of civil litigation including automobile collisions, complex product liability cases, consumer protection cases, construction disputes and busines litigation.
In addition to his law practice, Pat is active in civic affairs, serving, among other things, as Secretary of the Central City Neighborhood Association and as a member of the Steering Committee of Birmingham Weed and Seed, a non-profit community revitalization program.
Pat is also an avid musician and runner. He is a member of the Magic City Blues Society and the Birmingham Track Club.
